Women's Cycles and Physical Activity
In this presentation by Professor Galliano, we will explore how the different phases of the female life cycle generate challenges and opportunities that impact physical activity behaviours. What are the primary barriers and changes in each stage of women's lives? Why are women less active than men? What can we do to minimize inequalities? Let's delve into these aspects through a journey that encompasses adult women, pregnant women, an exploration of menopause, with the ultimate goal of promoting healthier aging.
