Promoting interventions for children and young people: what do we know and what I am doing?
Professor Samuel's talk will cover two key areas. Firstly, he'll discuss the effectiveness of physical activity interventions for children and youth, supported by existing evidence. Secondly, he'll present a proposal for implementing High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) in schools to boost fitness and improve the health of students. In essence, his presentation combines evidence-based insights with a practical HIIT intervention plan for young people.
